BlackBerry is really cleaning up their executive stack. Their latest departure (for unknown reasons) is Don Lindsay who was VP of Design at BlackBerry. He has been at BlackBerry since 2009 and led the acquisition of The Astonishing Tribe which defined the UI of BlackBerry 10. BlackBerry’s SVP of Design, Todd Wood, is still at BlackBerry now so this could just be yet another quick cleanup. Its a shame to see Don go since he was the man behind many of the BlackBerry 10 UI elements we are familiar with.
