Run BBM on Your Mac or Windows PC With Bluestacks Android Emulator

A couple of our writers have been having fun using BBM on their desktops with the popular Bluestacks Android emulator. Personally I am not a big fan of the use because BlackBerry does not let you sign into multiple devices with the same BBM ID yet but it does work. That means you would have to use a different BBM ID for your PC and your phone. I am really hoping BlackBerry is working overtime to fix that limitation but until then you can give it a shot. All you have to do is download Bluestacks free at and then fire up the Google Play Store. From there you just download and install BBM. It’s really that easy.

NOTE: DO NOT USE the same BBM ID as you use for your phone otherwise it will sign you out of BBM on your phone and you may lose contacts and conversations!!!!!!!! You have been warned.

Thanks GH for pointing it out to me again via N4BB and for the screenshots!
