BlackBerry 10 US Rollout Rumored to Start Tomorrow – All Carriers by End of February

We have been hearing loads of mixed signals about BlackBerry OS 10.2.1’s rollout. So far the only constant is that it is supposed to roll out on some carriers for some devices by the end of January. So far we have seen signs that is coming at least on Verizon and now N4BB has heard some more tentative details about the US and international launch. Supposedly BlackBerry is aiming to launch 10.2.1 on all carriers worldwide by end of February. Here are the US tentative dates:

  • Verizon Z10: Starting tomorrow, January 28th, 2014
  • Verizon Q10: Tuesday, February 4th, 2014
  • Verizon Z30: Monday, February 10th, 2014
  • AT&T Z10 & Q10: Monday, February 10th, 2014
  • T-Mobile Z10 & Q10: Mid-February (anywhere from Feb 10th to Feb 20th)
  • Sprint Q10: End of February

They don’t sound off but hopefully this rollout does not get fumbled. I wonder if they considered the fact that this weekend is Super Bowl Sunday…

  2. umm pretty sure tomorrow has been confirmed? Don’t think its a rumour anymore

  3. Nothing is ever really confirmed with BlackBerry until it actually happens. Hopefully some consistent launches will change that.
