Verizon Starts Rolling Out OS 10.2.1 Then Stops… Gmail Goes Down & Now Back Up

It seems like Verizon is dealing with a bit of indecision. A small group of users got OS 10.2.1 pushed out to them today. That stopped very quickly and reports are that the OS was OS My guess is somebody clicked the wrong button on Verizon’s side. 🙂 On a side note I didn’t get all the tips about the update until now due to Gmail going down and messing up my email. Thankfully things are back up on Google’s end but wow that was annoying!

  1. The UK is close to official 10.2.1 I sense, even if it was a mistake.

  2. Ah, so the guy responsible for the live button over slept and thought the live button was the snooze button!!! Then somebody pulled the plug…
Think about it, this makes more sense than a US carrier releasing 10.2.1.

  3. I was among the fortunate few who had an update pushed to them. It’s the same as the latest leak, which I was already running. So the only thing I got was some vendor bloat that I re-deleted.

  4. Or maybe he just wanted to push it out for a few friends?
