Musicians Rejoice! Tunable Chromatic Tuner Comes to BlackBerry Z10 & Z30

 Tunable3

Musicians are always in need of a good tuner or chord generator. Tunable (tunable.affinityblue.com) has been doing exactly that on iOS and now they have expanded support to include the BlackBerry Z10, Z30, and the P’9982. That means you now can get access to this awesome chromatic tuner, cord/tone generator, metronome, and recorder in one app. There are loads of goodies in here including a very nice chord generator and this interesting “tuning history” concept to show your pitch history.

  1. Looks nice.

Which file format does it use for recording? And is Box supported?

Searching “Tunable” in BlackBerry World didn’t show it as a result. Maybe the description should be optimized in that regard.

The first review mentions performance issues – did you experience some as well? It also implies it’s an Android port. I hope people don’t give it bad reviews just because of this.

  2. Hmmm. I’m interested and would gladly pay the $0.99. However, Tunable can’t be found in BlackBerry World (see screen shot attached).

  3. Hi all,

Unfortunately, we had to temporarily take Tunable down form the store. We incorrectly set the minimum OS requirements and therefore it was being downloaded on non-supported devices and crashing. We hope to have this fixed soon and can then re-post it for Sale.

    Best,
    -Seth
