There have been a few developers trying to create native 3rd party Snapchat clients for BlackBerry 10. Snap2Chat has taken the lead with their app and has taken it to a public beta phase. They have posted the announcement on CrackBerry forums along with a BAR file for all to sideload and test. Definitely worth supporting the developer in trying to get this out there.
