BlackBerry Now Promoting “BES 10 Facts” to Push Back Against MDM Competition


It seems like BlackBerry has a second part to John Chen’s letter to customers. Dave let me know about a website they have put out to “Get the Facts Now” for BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. They are trying to fight back against the message their competitors have been putting out about BlackBerry no longer being a viable solution. Its pretty good but this is the kind of defensive position you never want to be in. BlackBerry should instead be touting its strengths in providing what other MDM vendors cannot.

    “End-to-solution-solution”?? Shouldn’t that be “end-to-end solution” ??

    Would be good if BlackBerry proof read their defensive websites ^^

  3. Fully agree with the last part. Show off what BES10 can do where other solutions lack.

    Though I agree BBRY needs to be in a defensive mode, they should also be in a forward positive mode too. Balance the 2.

    • I am currently talking with BB in my own country on quick feature type ad’s, showing off the many features that are more important than what they have been marketing. These are the features that are pertinent to where they know are heading back to, more corporate arena.

      I have suggested pushing out 10 sec ad’s for this, and then pump those out in numbers.
