Password Keeper is one essential tool that many people use, including myself, ever since the legacy devices era. Back then, we could easily back it up and restore it simply via the desktop manager, but since BlackBerry 10, this feature seemed to have been lost. Now, courtesy of the BerryLeaks team, we now have the version for BlackBerry 10, with the import and export functionality.
The BlackBerry link, is not the most stable software available, but perhaps it is the only software for us. Well, for those who use Password keeper, we rely on it a lot, to keep a back up of that database and should a restore is required, we can’t just restore the password keeper database, but the whole device back up which is not the most pleasant experience.
Finally, here is a version of Password Keeper that finally includes an Import/Export function, which will allow users to backup and restore their Password Keeper data and break free from their dependence on Link. Note that this is by no means officially released from BlackBerry, it could be a stable or a beta version, so always load it up and use it at your own risk! Nonetheless, like the other leaked files, this needs to be sideloaded.
To access the import and export functions, swipe to access the settings page.
