With the latest leak of BlackBerry 10.2.1055, many developers have been rushing in to make native experiences for easy downloading of Android APKs. BlackBerry, on the other hand, is working on getting the full Android 4.2.x Jelly Bean Virtualization within the BlackBerry 10 Android Runtime. This now has led to the walls between BlackBerry devices and Androids ‘Google Play’ to slowly disappear, and more applications will flood the BlackBerry devices.
Now, NemOry, a developer has release DroidStore for BlackBerry 10. DroidStore brings a native-apk grabber that will tap onto the two most accessible APIs to pull the latest .APK (from Google Play) into the BlackBerry 10 device for direct install and download. This kind of application circle is growing pretty quickly. From Snap and now to this, this scene is sure to be getting interesting.
You can download DroidStore here, however, you will need to sideload it first.
