Quite a few of you have been fiddling around with the OS 10.2.1.1055 leak with its ability to easily install Android apps. Users have been trying to download APK files through multiple methods like other Android app stores and some other methods to get APK files from Google Play. Now JamesPaulMuir, the developer of Flip Shush, created Snap to make the process easier. It uses the API from Paul’s blog to search the Google Play store and generate direct apk download links. Sadly it is currently having some overloaded API issues but the dev is working on a fix to use your own Google account and Android device ID from your BlackBerry 10 device.
Check out this thread on CrackBerry forums about the app. The only catch is that you have to sideload Snap and this will only work for free apps. Paid apps may download but they will not work.
