Android App Markets That You Can Install on BlackBerry Leaks

There is quite a bit of craziness going on in terms of figuring out the capabilities of the latest OS leaks and now the official crippled SDK OS One of the most common things people have been doing is simple installing Android apps through their APK’s in the browser. On the other hand many users have discovered that they can install alternative Android App Markets on their BlackBerry 10.2.1 builds with varying degrees of success. For example, the Amazon app store will install but I cannot get it to download apps. On the other hand the Aptoide and 1Mobile app stores work nicely and DO allow you to install apps.

The reason this is key is because you want to be able to trust that the apps you are getting are not malicious or have not been modified. Toobs623 on the BerryLeaks team has been doing a nice job of compiling the Android App Markets (on CrackBerry Forums) that function on OS 10.2.1.X and the install links. Check them out below and let us know if you spot more!

PS: Sadly no Google Play (for now at least)

  1. Another reason this is key is updates. While I have seen some Android apps notify you on their own that a new update is available, nothing beats an App Market telling you “The following 5 updates are available. Update all?”

  2. What about installing Firefox?
    Thank you for any hint
