BlackBerry is testing out a new revision of their Facebook app for BlackBerry legacy devices. This new update brings a slew of new improvements to the app. Thankfully BlackBerry has listed them out:
- Right to Left language is fully supported
- Ability to unlike a page functionality
- Ability to share a post to user’s own timeline, a friend’s timeline or a group
- UI improvements in messages quick view (unread messages are easier to distinguish)
- UI improvements for messages screen (unread messages are easier to distinguish)
- Unread notifications are automatically marked as read when user exits the application or refreshes the notifications quick view
- Removed the “Refresh Messages” option from options screen. User will receive messages as long as the push notifications are enabled
- Improved photo loading time from News Feed
