BlackBerry OS 10.2 Adds Recently Used Actions to Share Menu

Share Shortcuts

It makes me happy when I see some of BlackBerry’s “get things done” efficiency shine through with BlackBerry 10. They started it by suggesting contacts in the hub and now I noticed something new in BlackBerry OS 10.2. BlackBerry is showing the last two commonly used sharing options in the share menu. For example, I regularly share items with myself by sending myself an email that Gmail automatically tags as a to-do item. On top of that I also regularly share via my Gmail email account. BlackBerry 10.2 is now smart enough to offer those two shortcuts at the top of every sharing menu. The more I use a different sharing action then it will replace the current two. 1. Also, there’s the picture (item shared) on top (don’t know why It’s not showing by you) & it even has a pencil on top right corner for quick enhancements…

  2. Cool

  3. It shows more than two recently used items, in my OS 10.2 i have 4 items. I think it is different un each devide.

  4. Great idea!

  5. Each new version BlackBerry 10 is getting even better! I’m just missing a good lock screen. In case you use passwords the way to type it is like the old days and it is a kind of disturbing when you are in a hurry and need to check your bb fast. Hope they do a good lock screen like in Android the pattern matching or iPhone 4 digits and big buttons… lets see what the next bb 10 versions bring for us.
