Card2You Sends Postcards via USPS From Your BlackBerry Z10

Card2You Card2You2 Card2You3

Card2You has brought their postcard service to BlackBerry 10 with the launch of their app for the Z10. The app lets you snap a picture and send it in a 5×7 portrait or landscape post card via USPS for $1.99 or less if you order multiple credits. They did not have enough time to change the references to their iPhone app in their description so you can clearly tell it is a port. Still it seems to work nicely for taking a picture and then mailing it out.

  1. Thanks for your review. I wanted to point out that our product is more than a postcard. It is a personalized 5 x 7 greeting card (4 page format) inserted into a closed faced envelope. Quite a bit more technical manufacturing expertise required than a simple postcard.

We are going to offer a postcard within 30 days as well, so that we can be a “me too” on the lower end of the market.

    • Very cool thanks for pointing that out Ty. I just got the “postcard” concept from the description

    • I noticed slowness in the app and it really needs a performance upgrade. Also while selecting an existing card template, you can not just click and select it. You have to keep pressing it and then choose select option on menu. I think the way you have 3 buttons on iPhone app, it makes better sense and utility.
Overall once the performance issues are fixed, this will be great app.

      • Good point on the card template selection, CJ. We will change it so you can select card by tapping on the screen icon. Should be available in next release within a week.

I am not experiencing the slowness you mention. Can you tell me where ?

  2. We submitted a new release that is being reviewed now and should be available any time soon.

You may now simply tap card to select. Please note, that we also employed Blackberry UI feature whereby you tap and hold on the card and a task bar appears from the right of the screen. You are able to select a card from this task bar and you are also able to identify a specific card as a “Favorite”, which will move it to the Favorite icon on the main screen.

Other features on this release are Canadian and international mail has been implemented.

  3. Keep up the good work
