Dev Explains How to Replace Google Maps With Open Street Maps in BlackBerry 10 Android Apps

One of the most common issues developers run in to when trying to port their Android apps to BlackBerry 10 is the lack of Google Maps APIs. This immediately makes the Android app not be able to use BlackBerry’s online APK converter and pass validation. While some developers might realize this is a quick fix others may want to lean on the experience of the developer of Prezzi Benzina for BlackBerry 10. He found that you can easily swap out Google Maps for Open Street Maps which is totally free and works on BlackBerry 10.
