We heard from one of our tipsters that Best Buy has started opening up training for their associates in the US. Their new March training includes selling BlackBerry 10 and teaching them why customers would choose the device. When the BlackBerry Z10 does launch I plan on spot checking some Best Buys to see if they learned from their failings with the PlayBook.
