Open Source OpenWhatsApp Submitted to BlackBerry World (WhatsApp Client)

If you happen to be an old Nokia N9 user you may have heard of OpenWhatsApp as a open source project to bring WhatsApp to the N9. We have already heard that WhatsApp is bringing their app officially to BlackBerry 10 but it looks like we will have more options. OpenWhatsApp has confirmed to ItsMobileTech that they have submitted their client to BlackBerry World. It includes a whole boatload of features that are comparable or sometimes offer more options than the actual WhatsApp client. This will not get you out of paying yearly service fees of $0.99 to WhatsApp but it is a cool concept.
