BlackBerry users with a BlackBerry Beta Zone should be happy to know that BBM 7 just received an update with support for OS 5.0 and above. This update also brings the following bug fixes:
- Support for devices running OS 5.0
- Faster call setup for BBM Voice sessions
- Improved device accessory handling (Bluetooth and headset integration)
- BBID setup and integration improvements
If you haven’t created a beta zone user account you can check at this link to see if your country is supported. Also note that that the Beta Zone now uses your BB ID as your logging credentials.

I hope they would make voice capabilities over wireless network and not just WiFi.
