A while back we mentioned that BBM Money was going to be launched in Indonesia, and now here is a video walk through of the service. BBM Money is a service that BlackBerry is launching in connection with PermataBank and Monitise. Through this services users can send money to other BBM users, or send money to other bank accounts. Right now the service seems to be with legacy BBM devices, no word whether the service will come to BB10 devices but I would think if the service grows in popularity I could see this coming to all BBM devices. As mentioned, the service is only for Indonesia at the moment.

I really like what Blackberry is doing with BBM. I think they should integrate the games app, the social apps, the BBM Music app – please bring it back and financial apps to give a snapshot of what’s going on. And present this info in snapshot form to present what info you wish to show on the BBM homescreen and lockscreen.
