Claro Guatemala and Bluegrass Cellular just did a nice favor for many legacy BlackBerry device owners. They have pushed out OS 7.1.0.865 or OS 7.1.0.861 for the BlackBerry Bold 9790, Curve 9350/9370, Curve 9310/9320, and Torch 9850. No word on what is new but if you have been hankering for an official OS update here it is.
Download them from BlackBerry.com:
Kudos to CrackBerry for spotting these!

They moved the “All off” to the left of the screen in Connection Management. Less app to hit it when turning off Bluetooth.
Colored LED choices in profiles.
Music player issue, folks say it has been resolved.
Use a little less mem. than prior versions, about 5 megs less.
Seems stable and one of the better versions for the 9850 so far.

Have to agree. The last two 9850releases have been solid.

Thanks for the heads up Caspan. Haven’t really had our heads in OS updates since the Z10. Hopefully the next OS update will automatically replace your BB7 with a BB10 device
