BlackBerry just pushed out another update for the PlayBook this week giving it some fresh OS love. This new update improves in app payments and text messaging over BlackBerry Bridge according to the change log. It also changes the name of BlackBerry World from what I noticed. Let us know if you spot anything else!

Sorry for offending you so much with my poor attempt at humor Mark. My name is Brian, I write and contribute for berryreview.com as much as I can. A true BB fanboy. Not a real troll. I was fake trolling. In jest. Again, my apologies

Mark: Very poor comment. Your education is limited- although I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one to tell you so.

I thought that ship had sailed and they are working on OS10?
Guess they want to release the phones first before that update.

Um, phones are out. The phones also have more memory and faster processors than the PlayBook, which is almost two years old. It remains to be seen if the PlayBook can handle the constantly running Hub

Its also beyond the hub. Many of the paradigms of the phone portrait use do not translate well to a tablet. For example, active frames would be really cluttered compared to the current running apps.

Agreed. Personally, I’d be happy with just the browser (PLEASE tell me that proper bookmark management exists), keyboard (with shortcuts), full BB10 app compatibility, and BBM. Oh and the media player components, and DLNA.

I would be happy with the better browser, universal search, BBM, Blackberry Remember, improved Clock, the lockscreen, BB Navigation, the keyboard, DLNA and NFC of BB10. The gestures can remain the same.

Just give me AC3 support like BB10 has.
Would be great for my upcoming trip!
