RIM is on a roll with big name apps leading up to the launch of BlackBerry 10. The latest is ESPN ScoreCenter which is now available for BlackBerry 10. This app is a HTML5 app based on the ScoreCenter web app and gives you access to scores stats and more. The ESPN ScoreCenter is available free in BlackBerry World.

ESPN ScoreCenter Now Available for BlackBerry 10

ESPN today officially launched its popular ScoreCenter mobile destination for the BlackBerry® 10, Research In Motion’s redesigned, reengineered and reinvented mobile platform. With today’s launch, ScoreCenter further extends its reach in the mobile space, now available across all major smartphone operating systems and devices.

The HTML5-based application for the new BlackBerry 10 smartphones – based on the ScoreCenter.com web app – is now available on the BlackBerry® World™ storefront, and gives fans access to breaking scores, stats, standings and news from hundreds of sports leagues, teams and players around the world. Personalization options allow fans to customize the app to their favorite leagues and teams.  Additionally, it features the latest and most contextually relevant video clips and highlights, while also delivering the top events and biggest news headlines of the day.

  2. I scanned the barcode on my Dev Alpha but it won’t let me download the app. It says “Unavailable for this device”. Is this app region-restricted?

    1) IM+ Pro for BlackBerry 10
    2) TuneIn Radio
    3) Angry Birds Star Wars
