The Verge just got a photo of an internal memo for all employees working for Vodafone. It shows that as of 5PM local time on January 30th in UK, they can start selling the device. It dictates the plans that it will be available on, and what the costs are. It also shows that it will launch in black but white being released a bit later. I wonder if this means North American, Canada specifically will follow suit?

I reckon BIS will still be there, but won’t require a specific plan or pricey option. RIM will just sell you in-phone upgrades if you need more features.
