I have been asked a few times why there is no video camera icon on the PlayBook. For some reason RIM made the design decision to not include an icon directly to the video camera on the PlayBook. Its easy to fire up the camera and switch to video but some people cannot be bothered. If you fall into that category check out Video Camera free by SCrApps. It creates a simple icon that fires up the video camera on your PlayBook. Kudos to SCrApps for creating the simple fix and PocketBerry for spotting it!

That Shazam app must be sideloaded? Or is there a beta program I am unaware of?
