Designer Creates Renders of BlackBerry 10 L-Series Devices in Black & White

BlackBerry 10 Unofficial Render

We have received quite a few tips about these renders so I thought it would be worth mentioning them. These ARE NOT real renders by RIM and were created by Martin uit Utrecht based on what we have seen and learned so far from leaks. We have already seen real images of the L-Series so I was not going to post these renders but they are worth drooling over since they render what a white L-Series BlackBerry 10 device could possibly look like.

This is how the designer describes the renders:

Highly detailed model of the rumoured Blackberry L-series phone which is set to launch in 2013.
The model has been made based on leaked photos and specifications.
Originally built using NURBS the detail of the model is very high and all filleted edges are included in the actual geometry.

Check out all the renders at Flickr. They are even available with quite a few more rendering options for sale at 3DExport. Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

  1. Side bezels are a bit bigger. White model has black bezels. Rest looks perfect. white version is too good. Hope it has the Torch-like back look!

  2. I know this is just a render but seeing all the various leaks of the L-series….I’ve been adamant about being a qwerty guy but its seriously becoming tempting, especially if the L-series comes out before the N-series, I’m going to have to at least go check out the L-series in store.

    • I think that’s the point, they want this to be their big seller not the N-series. The screen matching the playbook’s and the porting they are doing right now for all Playbook apps to BB10 will work on the L-series for sure.
