Its nice to see carriers getting excited about BlackBerry 10. BGR spotted a Rogers announcement this morning that they will carry BlackBerry 10 in “early 2013” on their LTE network. The crazy part is that Rogers allows customers to login to their Rogers Reservation System NOW and reserve a BlackBerry 10 device before retail availability. This means you can reserve a device before it has even been launched or even officially photographed. According to Rogers:
The Rogers Reservation System is available to current Rogers wireless customers across Canada. Customers can reserve a device by visiting Rogers.com under My Account. Full details about BlackBerry 10 including, pricing, availability and specifications, will be announced in early 2013. For more information, visit:www.blackberry.com/BlackBerry10.

Yup. Just checked and it costs $40 to reserve a BB10 device which is either applied to your account when you receive the device, or credited to your account if you decide to cancel.

Did it ‘just in case’ and got an email back saying that I’m in the 153rd slot. Not sure if that’s ‘in general’ or for Vancouver where I live.
It’s getting more real.
