I was downloading the latest Beta4 of the BlackBerry Native SDK and Cascades when I came across this great infographic. RIM is trying to help direct developers towards the most relevant native environment with the choice between Cascades and Core Native. I think they actually do a great job of breaking them down and highly recommend you check the page out if you were on the fence. I copied the infographic below but you can also find it here.

I don’t think it is brand new but it’s the first time I went to that splash page instead of directly to the cascades or native sites

Ronen, how you think Blackberry Active Frames compares with say Winows Live Tiles and Anroid widgets?

It’s different. Limited in display and much better than live tiles on Windows phone which does not have a notification system like the BlackBerry hub
