    • Hi jenny,

      What operating system (BB OS) is running on your device?

      • I wouldn’t know. How do I find out pls?if yes what I do? If no what do I do? Pls I need it viber call in my bb 9650. Thanks

        • How to check your OS version:
          On OS 7 & OS 6 – Go to ‘Options’ -> ‘Device’ – > ‘About Device Versions’
          On OS 5 – Go to ‘Options’ -> ‘About’

          * Note that if you have OS6, this means that Viber’s calling sevice is unfortunately not available for your phone 🙁
