RIM has made no secret of the fact that they have been pushing hard for BlackBerry 10 support in popular web development frameworks. Their latest win is with Sencha which released v2.1 of their Sencha Touch JavaScript framework. This update brings beta support for BlackBerry 10 according to RIM along with its support for the PlayBook. They have added support for the native BlackBerry 10 components and brings the new BlackBerry theme and new CrossCut component.
Check out Sencha 2.1 along with RIM’s announcement. I also HIGHLY recommend checking out RIM’s tutorial “Introducing Sencha Touch 2.1 on BlackBerry 10.”
