RIM has really made a herculean effort to revamp their developer relations in the past two years. One of their best moves was a large expansion of their developer relations team along with opening them up beyond RIM’s developer alliance program. That is why I found it so refreshing when Don told me about a section on the BlackBerry DevZone that lets you get a look at a large chunk of RIM’s developer relations team. You can filter them by department, team, and region but the best part is that many of them have public Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for you to contact them.
