Pootermobile has long been an awesome source for themes but I recently discovered (thanks to Pooter himself) that they offer quite a few free wallpapers. This includes some awesome wallpapers for your BlackBerry smartphone, PlayBook, and even the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha (Those are the 1280×1280 ones). Also worth noting is that Pooter correctly made the themes for the PlayBook and Dev Alpha a perfect square so they rotate.
As you can see the one above is my favorite but there are quite a few more available here
