I have been playing with RIM’s BlackBerry Push in Cascades and have been happy with the small refinements so far (No more ports!). Jason pointed out to me that Garret @RIM posted a nice explanation of how BlackBerry Push works on BlackBerry 10 and it is definitely an interesting read. It is written both for devs who are familiar with BlackBerry Push in the past or are new to it. Even technical non-devs may find the the high level overview a nice primer for how it works. Here is to hoping RIM simplifies the sign up for Push Service even more than they already have. Better yet it should be included in the App World vendor registration.
