DecalGirl has been around since 2003. They got their start by producing full color decals for cars. When the developer saw his old Xbox he had the idea to make a skin for it and make it look way cooler. Using the same materials used for $100K+ cars DecalGirl started producing removable, full-color printed “skins” for consumer electronics devices. 9 years later DecalGirl has gone from two people working part time in a single basement room to 30+ people employed in a 19,000 square foot facility. A hobby that grossed under $100k in 2003 has grown into a multi-million dollar business.

Pretty much all standard skins come in at $9.99, (PlayBook skins are $14.99) so the winners will only have to worry about shipping which is $2.00 in the US, $2.75 in Canada and $5.10 to most other countries. Over 330 mobile devices are supported and 22 of those are BlackBerry (including the PlayBook). I counted 140 artwork designs for the 9900 or 9930 and there is also a custom option where you can upload your own artwork or pictures to further personalize your device.

I love Decal Girl! I’ve been a loyal customer since my first gen iPhone. They have a huge selection and have great customer service.
The skins are awesome. They stay on until removed and don’t leave any residue.

Haven’t had a skin since my 8320 and that one was from DecalGirl. Excellent skin until I had to do a warranty replacement of the device.
Would be neat to personalize my PlayBook while I wait for the chance to personalize my BB10 phone.
