Harshal let us know that his new game simply titled Hockey, is now available for download in App World. Its a fresh take on the tried and tested air hockey formula. With powerups to slow the puck down, widen the opponent’s goal, and build a brick wall, its sure to please. Don’t worry, the brick wall is one way! It only stops the puck on your opponent’s side…for a limited time.
What I like best about the game is the free version includes Classic mode which includes both one player and two player options. I’m so glad there is a 2 player option because the computer opponent is tough to beat! There is a 3 day trial (only counting the days you open the game) which includes the full Arcade mode with Power-ups, Survival (defense), and Rampage (offense).
I have really enjoyed the game so far. It has crashed a few times, but that could be because I am running the beta OS on my PlayBook. For $2.99 you can unlock Arcade mode and all current and future themes. But you have 3 full days to try before you buy!
