Tungle.me Closing It’s Doors To Focus On BlackBerry 10

blackberry_mainRIM acquired Tungle.Me over a year ago and now the company has announced they are closing their doors as of December 3rd of this year. Tungle.me a  a scheduling service that made it easy to stay connected through calendar appointments with colleagues and friends will be focusing on the calendar application of future BlackBerry 10 operating system. Current users will still have access to their service until the set date, but after that they will need to migrate to another service. The company also suggested using Doodle as their replacement. While the service the company provides will be missed by their users we are excited to see what they will bring to the BlackBerry 10 platform. We already saw some of the  work they did with the calendar application on the current PlayBook OS.

Looking forward to see their success with their complete integration to BlackBerry…
