Those of you up north are probably aware that the Toronto International Film Festival is going on in RIM’s backyard. RIM is still present at the events and according to the Toronto Sun (via N4BB) they have a nice sponsored booth there. There is also an official BlackBerry smartphone app for the film festival which you can pick up in App World. Sadly the app does not allow you to purchase tickets from inside the app but that is not available on any platform.
