Note: Sorry guys but it seems like the app only pretend to be free. You need to pay up after a few days. I’m not a fan of that hidden surprise.
I am not sure why no one thought of this before but Parachute Mobile seems to have figured it out. Their new Dual Camera for BlackBerry app allows you to take still pictures while you are filming video with the app. That is something I have done with my SLR for awhile now but its nice to see it possible to snap a quick picture without pausing your video recording on a BlackBerry. I have not had a chance to fully put this through the paces but it seems to work.
Check out Dual Camera in App World and let us know how it works for you!

The free version is actually free only for a few days and there is some problems.Like being unable to view the video captured with the app (non supported format)

All their apps are like that. For example Camera timer have a free version but as soon as you launch the app it send you to the paid version in Appworld.

It says the usual 3GP but you can not read it even after a reboot.
I didn’t try from a PC sorry, I already deleted the app.
