OS Leaked for Most BlackBerry 7 Devices

A megaload of leaks landed today with OS landing for most BlackBerry 7 devices. This includes the BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930, Bold 9790, Torch 9850/9860, Curve 9360 and the Porsche Design p’9981. Kudos to the team at for scoring the leaked OS versions. Check them out below along with Mirrors thanks to Terrence:

Warning: This OS will NOT install on any other BlackBerry besides the one mentioned above. If you do not know how to upgrade your BlackBerry OS please start by reading this step by step guide. Don’t forget to delete the vendor.xml file located in c:program files>common files>research in motion>apploader to install it on a different carriers device. Don’t forget our usual warnings: do not download and install these updates if you don’t know what you’re doing. Incorrect procedure or just bad luck could render your BlackBerry inoperative or unstable.

  1. Any testers for this leak, I sure hate being the guinea pig for the 9810. 🙂

  2. I loaded it on my 9900. I do find that web pages load half on your screen but a refresh fixes it. You still have to alt BBDA in your options to get BlackBerry Device Analyzer to show up. That’s all I found so far.

  3. Well, its suppose to contain hell loads of bug fixes, according to the leakers 🙂

    PS: Mirror for the 9350/9370:
