Late last night we told you about the Wall Street Journals take on an interview with RIM’s CEO Thorsten Heins but it seems like a few others were at the small event. The RIM execs were in NYC and also spoke to The Verge and Bloomberg from what I can tell. They showed off the two upcoming BlackBerry 10 devices and no photos or video were allowed. The full touch model supposedly looks similar to the Dev Alpha and the QWERTY model looks like a nice Bold model.
Check out the full details caught by The Verge and Bloomberg and let us know if you find more!

I surely hope the QWERTY model is not like the BOLD. No offense to the sleekness of the Bold, but Torch is sturdy and still has far better screen real estate.

There’s no way one of the initial models will be a slider… Sliders are less popular than both qwerty and full touchscreen.

Yeah I would like a Torch model but I am not sure if it will happen.

Maybe later that year as they mentioned. They also said something about 6 phones in total so I guess that would cover the Torch (2 types), bold (1type) and a couple of entry level phones.

I only hope the Bold has a bigger screen, I think they can build that.

It has to be a larger screen due to the resolution. The 9900 already has a really high ppi and increasing the ppi even more without increasing the screen wouldn’t do much.
