I am not sure what they are waiting for but it looks like T-Mobile will be getting the low cost introductory smartphone BlackBerry Curve 9320 in September. The phone codenamed Armstrong is scheduled for September 26th which is a ways off. If T-Mobile makes the price right especially with prepaid that could be a hot selling BlackBerry. via TmoNews

Rather then push out the OS7.1 update to the 9360 that would give users WiFi tethering and FM radio they are choosing to release the 9320 which is inferior in everyway except battery. Will be interesting to see how they will price this.
