Orangepixel Brings Six 8-Bit Pixel Art Games to the PlayBook

Meganoid1 INC

We can thank the PlayBook Android player for six more addictive games for us. Orangepixel has ported six of their 8-Bit pixel art 2D games to the PlayBook and the Android Player mostly handles them fine. This includes a game called INC that has been pointed out to me a few times as a comic book style game. There is also Neoteria which is a classic side scrolling shooter that makes me want to punch in the Konami code. Then there is Stardash which reminds me of Mario Bros on the Gameboy back in the day.

Check out Orangepixels full line of PlayBook games in App World and let us know what you think

  1. Not sure I would want to pay 1.99 for a non native game. I don’t have a problem paying good money and I have bought quite a few but I have a hard time justifying for an android game. The effort to convert is minimal! The cost should have been. 99c and may be one to free as well. I get a sense that some devs think we are so desperate that we will pay premium price for little effort. If these were native games I would have bought a couple.
