Appcelerator announced that they were bringing Titanium to BlackBerry 10 while we were at BlackBerry World but their CEO was not specific on when. RIM has posted up a video interview with Kevin Whinnery from Appcelerator talking about their progress. Whinnery points out that Appcelerator is aiming for a fall release of their solution for BlackBerry 10 and is making some great progress.
Just in case you don’t know Titanium is a solution that allows developers to write applications in JavaScript which is abstracted (aka Translated) into native C code by Titanium. That will allow the over 300,000 developers who use Titanium Appcelerator to target BlackBerry 10 for apps.
