First Dolphin brought their popular browser to the PlayBook and now we have Maxthon doing the same. They are also making use of the Android runtime to easily port their app. The app does work though you can clearly tell that it would benefit from being a native app. There are some caveats but if you were looking for some different browser features on your PlayBook check out Maxthon free in App World. You can also find more details at www.maxthon.com and petition them to make a fully native PlayBook and BlackBerry 10 version!

I’ll to give it a try tho I was disappointed w/Dolphin on PlayBook…. It seemed to lag way worse than the PB’s browser plus the lack of flash … I mean the PlayBook browser DOES have its faults, but so so far I’ve yet to find a browser that I favor OVER it… Good to give a try tho

OPERA, give me Opera and I’m ready to uninstall every other browser on my Playbook!
