HeroCraft let us know that they have launched a new PlayBook game that is sort of an adventure and hidden object search hybrid game called Romance of Rome. It has you set on an adventure to return the imperial treasures of Rome to win the heart of the Emperor’s daughter. All in all a solid adventure game for $1.99 in App World.
HeroCraft also let us know their upcoming lineup of 10 games that they are also bringing to the PlayBook. Here is how they describe them:
Next up is a hidden object game Scrubs, based on the massively popular Disney ABC sitcom. Featuring all your favourite characters and a brand new storyline, this puzzle-based game will put you, a new intern, firmly mixed up in the macabre world of Sacred Heart, battling the Janitor and trying not to incur the wrath of Dr Cox!
Over the course of the next few weeks Playbook users will be able to try their hand at running a fully working farm in Farm Frenzy, the famous action-packed arcade game. HeroCraft will also bring match 3 hit Montezuma and the award winning Yumsters to PlayBook. Later this year Majesty: The Northern Expansion will make its way to PlayBook as well as a number of games currently in development. Among them are physics based arcade game Red Ball, a mobile version of the hit Flash action puzzle Catch the Candy and Gibbets 2, a popular skill game where the player uses a bow and arrow to save the people from being hanged.
Daniel Defoe’s epic novel of survival and hope will come to life in vivid detail in Adventures of Robinson Crusoe, an engrossing hidden object game. Finally, smash hit The Tiny Bang Story, a lovingly hand drawn hidden object game with a stylish soundtrack that is sure to be a feast for the senses.
