We just heard from three different long time readers (thanks Marc, Diego, & David) that RIM just confirmed that PlayBook OS 2.0 will launch on February 21st. They were all listening to the Developing Native Games with the BlackBerry NDK 2.0 webcast we told you about earlier today. During that call one developer asked RIM when the release date is for PlayBook OS 2.0. They answered back that “We’re planning on releasing OS 2.0 on the 21st.”
So that should clinch the fact that RIM is aiming for a launch on February 21st. I can’t wait!
