EarlySail has released two BlackBerry smartphone apps for those of you who use Monster.com regularly. They have released one targeted at those looking for jobs called Monster Jobs which lets you search for jobs on your phone and get real time alerts. They also released Monster for Employers which gives you the ability to hire the “right candidate” with Monsters “Magic Search” technology. It also allows you to post jobs and check applications.

Just to clarify, the two applications are currently available for users in the following Asian countries: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain,Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait).
This is just in case your viewers are not able to find them in the App World from their own countries.
