Beta BlackBerry Messenger 6.1 gets updated in BetaZone

Over the weekend, BlackBerry released BlackBerry Messenger(BBM) 6.1.0.37 to its BetaZone members.  BlackBerry keeps on improving the 6.1 BBM by adding more emoticons, longer status updates, chat bubble colour, animated display pictures, and BBM display picture integration.  You can get your copy of the update in BlackBery BetaZone.   2. I hope the battery life improves a bit. The last beta version put a hurtin’ on it. Love the updated stuff tho.

  3. Need to integrate with Video Chat!!! Need to also get some video chat folks like Skype involved to get some cross platform support. Most importantly, need to have front facing cams in ALL BlackBerry devices!

    So sorry the BB7 devices were left in the dark… :#

    Video Chat on the PlayBook is awesome and simple to use, but it is limited to PlayBook users. My wife and I can now video chat when we both travel :) We have a his & hers. Very cool!
