RIM just showed off the first BlackBerry PlayBook publically that was provisioned on a BES server. It had its own policies and a tab just for work apps. App World will have an enterprise category that any enterprise will be able to populate with their own apps. Those apps will be partitioned into their own file partition on the PlayBook so they will clearly be separate from work and play. That is where the demarcation line will be set easily by admins. The apps are no different they are just placed in that secure partition.
Apps can also be made mandatory as you can see in the new My World tab for Work. Hopefully we will have more information soon in the technical keynote.
