BellShare Starts UserVoice Forum for User Feedback – All Devs Should Do This!

Bellshare Feedback

Jack let us know that BellShare has launched a new feedback and feature voting tool powered by UserVoice. This lets users make suggestions and feature requests for BellShare’s apps. I am a huge fan of their BerryReader app and this is our chance to make it better. UserVoice lets anybody post feedback or suggestions for BellShare’s BerryReader, BerryPopup, BerryWeather, BeBuzz, and SmartAlerts.

Just head on over to Personally I think all devs should have a way for customers to suggest features like this and vote on them. It would be really cool if RIM could add that kind of social flexibility to App World… Sometimes forums and App World “reviews” are just not the right place for it.

  1. Great screen shot. That is my suggestion!

  2. I like this idea. Especially the voting part, actually. As a user, its sometimes hard to think up what features you want, until you see a list of suggestions others have come up with. As a developer, its sometimes hard to tell the difference between a pet feature a single user is passionate about wanting, and something enough users want to be worth your time.

  3. Bellshare never disappoints. Been using their apps since berrybuzz, berryweather, and berrypopup came out. Simply good apps to have on your BlackBerry.

The customer service is also great. This new channel to share your sentiments is proof enough of their commitment to all of us.

    Good Job, BellShare 🙂

  4. It’s good!
