Rumor: BlackBerry AppWorld 3.0 Coming August 22nd

World on the web has gotten around this morning that BlackBerry AppWorld 3.0 will be released on Monday August 22nd.   I have been beta testing it for a few weeks now, and it is the upgrade that AppWorld has needed.  The program in beta is still not perfect, but a nice upgrade from 2.0. Hopefully RIM has a build that had not been released to the Betazone, with some of the issues fixed.

  3. The beta looks pretty good. I have seen some minor issues which I did report in the Beta Zone. Hopefully they have addressed some of them since the last beta release.

  4. I hope this is true the old app world was a piece of crapp. It really makes me wonder how the app world would look on qnx.

  5. The best part about 3.0 is that it’s no longer crazy dark. I hated the blacked out look.
